Job Description: Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Ingénieur QSE (Qualité Sécurité Environnement) au sein des équipes "Sustainability", pour rejoindre notre site de Crozon (29). Votre futur job, si vous l’acceptez…   En tant que Ingénieur QSE , les activités suivantes vous seront confiées: 1/ GESTION DES RISQUES ET DOCUMENTATION Mettre à jour les évaluations des risques (DUER, EVRP/EVRC, DRPCE) et la documentation SSE. Analyser les documents de travail pour intégrer les exigences de sécurité et de sûreté. Assurer le suivi des dossiers réglementaires (radioprotection, incendie, environnement). Suivre les déchets industriels et les obligations ICPE. 2/ PILOTAGE DU SYSTEME DE GESTION DE LA SECURITE (SGS) Suivi des actions, indicateurs et préparation des Revues de Direction. Organisation des exercices (évacuation, incendie) et participation aux réunions sécurité. 3/ MAITRISE OPERATIONNELLE Gérer les Vérifications Périodiques Réglementaires (VPR) et exploiter les rapports. Concevoir et animer les formations SSE obligatoires. Assurer le suivi des habilitations et des autorisations de travail. 4/ RELATIONS ENTREPRISES EXTERIEURES ET COACTIVITE Accompagner les Donneurs d’Ordre dans la rédaction et la validation des Plans de Prévention (PDP) . Organiser les Inspections Préalables Communes (IPC) et les visites d’ouverture de chantier. Réaliser des contrôles terrain (SPOT sécurité, permis de feu, DI…) et arrêter les travaux si nécessaire. 5/ MANAGEMENT Encadrer et coordonner une équipe de 3 techniciens SSE. Piloter la prestation SSE et assurer le reporting auprès du responsable de site.   Etes-vous notre futur talent ? Vous êtes   Ingénieur QSE , de formation grandes écoles ou universités.
