We are currently looking for a Process- and Performance Manager to join our Customer Resolution Services (CRS) Processes, Support & Training team in Copenhagen, Denmark, for the next possible start date. What the job is … The Processes, Support and Training team is part of the Process, Performance and Transformation team. Our operational CRS teams are responsible for Improvement and Transformation Projects, Process Mapping, Improvement & Training, Performance Management, Data Analytics and Operational Key User Support. Our mission is to support our operational colleagues in their daily business and to improve Customer Order Handling activities - always keeping an End to End (E2E) View. Your main responsibilities: Maintain and improve our CRS process landscape in Symbio together with the CRS Process Specialist Community and Process architects.   Analyze end-to-end process performance regarding improvement and automation potential   Design new CRS processes compliant with Airbus and Satair Policies with partial/full automation support and align with all necessary stakeholders to ensure local optimization does not compromise the efficiency of our overall E2E process   Support and guide the global CRS Process Specialist Community within Satair You will maintain, update and improve our CRS Process Landscape while initiating, participating in and leading transformation initiatives and projects. In addition, you will align with internal stakeholders on end-to-end processes and take part in the CRS Process Specialist Community. Your role also includes participating in and deploying projects (both LBIP and agile), discovering automation potential and supporting the automation of CRS processes. You will secure process quality requirements and ensure transparency of automated processes and process steps. Furthermore, you will provide training to internal customers regarding changes in the way of working and manage system requirement definitions as well as validations. Travel days to be expected are on average 2-3 per month. How you will contribute to the team We are looking for someone who is willing to challenge the status quo and actively drive improvement. You are a good listener who supports colleagues in operational teams and communicates openly, contributing to a positive and inspiring working environment in an engaged, international team. Curiosity and a solid foundation in Process Management are essential. You have knowledge of process mapping methods and process performance measurement, and ideally experience leading or participating in process improvement initiatives or projects. Familiarity with Symbio is a plus. You also bring a digital mindset, viewing digitalization and automation as opportunities. Experience working with SAP, Freshdesk or Jira is advantageous, and your digital affinity enables you to understand and support the digital growth of our IT tools. Experience in customer service organizations, including direct customer interactions, is valued. In addition, experience with project management—such as stakeholder management and working in multifunctional or transnational teams—is considered a plus. Due to the transnational set-up of our organization, a very good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential. What does your next challenge look like?
