Standort: Manching Start: 01.03.2026 oder später Dauer: 5-6 Monate Der Bereich Industrial Innovation sorgt für die Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung der industriellen Prozesse aller Programme am Standort Manching und darüber hinaus. Unsere internationale Ausrichtung ermöglicht die schnelle Verbindung mit anderen Standorten, um voneinander zu lernen und Synergien zu finden. Durch die Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Technologien steigern wir die Effizienz der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe am Luftfahrzeug. Dies wird durch die Planung und Durchführung von lokalen oder transversalen Innovations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten erreicht. Als Funktion - Manufacturing Engineering - entwickeln wir unter Einbindung aller beteiligten Bereiche die Roadmap für die industriellen Prozesse aller Luftfahrzeugmuster am Standort. Möglichkeit zur Teilnahme an der Generation Airbus Community zur Erweiterung des eigenen Netzwerks.   Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Projekten: Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Projektplanungen für Innovations- und Digitalisierungsprojekte. Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen: Mitarbeit bei der Analyse und Entwicklung bestehender industrieller Prozesse zur Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen. Technologische Recherche: Recherche und Bewertung neuer Technologien und Methoden im Bereich der Industrie 4.0. Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen zur Bewertung der Eignung neuer Technologien. Dokumentation und Berichterstattung: Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen zu Projektfortschritten und Ergebnissen. Unterstützung bei der Pflege von Datenbanken und Dokumentationen. Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit: Teilnahme an Meetings und Workshops zur Förderung des internen und externen Austauschs. Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit anderen Standorten und Partnern.    Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w) im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet. Grundkenntnisse in gängigen Büro- und Projektmanagement-Software (z.B. MS Office, MS Project). Erste Erfahrung im Bereich von Lean-Methoden und Projektmanagement wünschenswert. Erfahrungen in der Luftfahrt wünschenswert. Du zeichnest Dich durch eine selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise im bereichsübergreifenden Umfeld aus. Gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.
