Sie werden Schulungen leiten und eng mit den Teilnehmenden zusammenarbeiten. In unseren modernen Schulungsstätten erwartet Sie eine angenehme Arbeitsumgebung, die auf klassische Präsenzformate ausgerichtet ist und zukünftig digitale Lernformate einbeziehen wird. Your Tasks Vermittlung des Unterrichtsstoffs und Vorbereitung auf die entsprechenden Prüfungen der verschiedenen Prüfverfahren  Sicherer und souveräner Umgang mit Kursteilnehmenden Erstellung bzw. Aktualisierung der verschiedenen Unterrichtsskripte Erstellung, Dokumentation und Korrektur von Prüfungsfragen Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung neuer Lehrmethoden Dokumentation der Lernerfolge und Leistungsnachweise Durchführung von Inhouse-Schulungen bei Kunden Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits bzw. bei der Vorbereitung auf Audits Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Schulungsprogramms Konzeptionierung neuer Trainingsinhalte What we look for Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als NDT-Inspektor*in Level II gemäß EN 4179 und mindestens 5-jährige Erfahrung in der Durchführung für drei der folgenden Verfahren: - RT (Durchstrahlungsprüfung) – Film / Non Film - UT (Ultraschallprüfung)  - TT (Thermografieprüfung)   Bereitschaft weitere Verfahren zu erlernen wie: - PAUT (Ultraschallprüfung mit Gruppenstrahlern) - ET (Wirbelstromprüfung) - MT (Magnetpulverprüfung) - PT (Eindringprüfung)   ​ ​Didaktische Fähigkeiten, um Lerninhalt zu vermitteln Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Seminaren bzw.
