Deine Aufgaben: Übernahme von Aufgaben im HR-Learning & Development Team vom Mitarbeitereintritt bis -austritt Mitarbeit im administrativen Personalmanagement z.B. die Erstellung von Bescheinigungen und Zeugnissen Aktive Unterstützung bei der Betreuung der 70 Auszubildenden und dualen Studenten der Unternehmensgruppe vom Auswahlprozess bis zur Übernahme Verwaltung unseres Zeiterfassungssystems Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Evaluation von externen und internen Schulungen Unterstützung in unterschiedlichen HR-Projekten, z. B.
