Job Description: Tasks & accountabilities Within the Engineering Project team, your responsibilities will be the management of engineering activities, customer requirements analysis and helicopter configurations definition in connection with various customization offers for the Japanese domestic market and Asia-Pacific region. Your tasks will be: Management of customization engineering aspects (for offers and projects) Assessment of technical specifications and compliance matrix Definition of design specification and feasibility studies Definition of offer quotation for engineering aspects Management of Airbus Helicopters, Customer Support, Marketing, Design Office and Supplier interfaces Management of customisation solution development, design reviews, testing and certification. This role may involve some travel for business within the Asia Pacific Region (APAC) or worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. Required skills You have the following skills and experience: Educated to an Engineering Degree or Equivalent Minimum of five years of work experience in technical project management - preferably in aerospace Understanding of helicopters general architecture and subsystems (airframe, radio-com-nav, vehicle, electrical,…) Understanding of general airworthiness, safety and design requirements Ability to translate customer requirements into engineering solutions Ability to interface with engineering teams and discuss complex technical matters clearly and simply Good communication skills - ability to work with different cultures This position requires a great deal of flexibility, rigorous organization and autonomy Negotiation level in English is mandatory Japanese proficiency is desirable 【職務内容】 当社のエンジニアリングプロジェクトチームの一員として、日本国内およびアジア太平洋地域（APAC）向けの ヘリコプターのカスタマイゼーション案件 に関する一連の技術管理業務を統括していただきます。具体的には、顧客要求の分析から、ヘリコプターの構成定義、エンジニアリング活動の管理までを担います。 【主な業務】 カスタマイゼーション案件の技術管理 ：提案段階からプロジェクト実行段階に至る、技術的な側面全般の管理。 仕様の評価と定義 ：技術仕様書の評価、コンプライアンス（適合性）の確認、設計仕様の定義、実現可能性調査（フィージビリティ・スタディ）の実施。 技術的な見積もり ：エンジニアリングに必要なコストの見積もり作成。 関係部門との調整 ：社内（カスタマーサポート、マーケティング、設計部門）およびサプライヤーとの技術的な窓口・調整役。 開発・認証プロセス管理 ：カスタマイゼーション・ソリューションの開発、設計レビュー、試験、および認証プロセス全体の管理。 ※ 本ポジションでは、アジア太平洋地域（APAC）または世界各国への出張が発生する場合があります。 【応募資格・必須スキル】 ■必須要件 学歴 ：工学系学部卒、またはそれに相当する教育を受けている方。 実務経験 ：技術プロジェクト管理において 5年以上の実務経験 をお持ちの方（航空宇宙分野での経験があれば尚可）。 専門知識 ： ヘリコプターの一般的な 基本構造（アーキテクチャ） および サブシステム （機体、無線通信・航法、電気系統など）に関する理解。 一般的な耐空性 、 安全性 、および 設計要件 に関する理解。 言語スキル ： 英語での交渉（ネゴシエーション）が可能なレベル 。 その他 ： 顧客要求を正確に把握し、具体的な エンジニアリング・ソリューション に落とし込む能力。 エンジニアリングチームと円滑に連携し、複雑な技術的事項を 簡潔かつ明瞭に議論 できるコミュニケーション能力。 求める人物像 多様な文化を持つチームと協力し、業務を推進できる 高いコミュニケーション能力 。 高い柔軟性を持ち、 厳格な組織力と自律性 をもって業務に取り組める方。 雇用形態：正社員 勤務地：神戸 試用期間：6カ月 This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
