Summary Job Description: Food Services Worker- PRN, Days Status: PRN Shift: First Job Summary:   Food Service Workers perform a variety of kitchen and related food service tasks such as cleaning, serving in retail and patient areas, food preparation, assembling trays, transporting food and supplies, and dishware washing. They are responsible for maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation according to federal and state guidelines. Adheres to hospital policies for information management insuring confidentiality, security, and integrity of data. Ensures compliance with all laws, regulations, and guidelines of federal and state regulatory agencies.                                       Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience preferred. Must obtain the ServeSafe Food Handlers or local Health Department certificate within 6 months of hire.
