Job Description: Für Airbus Defence and Space in Ottobrunn suchen wir für den Bereich Mission Operations einen Satellite Mission Operations Service Architect (d/m/w). Die Abteilung Mission Operations ist an verschiedenen Projekten beteiligt, die von IT-Infrastrukturen und sicheren Kommunikationsnetzen, bis hin zum Betrieb von Satelliten und Bodenstationen, sowie der Wartung von Satelliten in der Umlaufbahn reichen. Operational Readiness) Weiterentwicklung und ständige Optimierung der Service Erbringung (CSI) Service Asset Management Anomalie, Incident und Problem Management für Boden und Satellitensysteme Service Level and KPI Management Reporting an den Endkunden zu Satellitenstatus, KPIs, Missionsplanung, Durchgeführte Aktivitäten, etc. Analyse der Service Performance und der Kundenzufriedenheit Service LifeCycle Management Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene Studium im Bereich Luft und Raumfahrt, Elektrotechnik, Physik oder vergleichbar Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch zwingend erforderlich Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Satellitensystemen sowie Systemen zur Missionskontrolle Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Missionsbetreib von Satelliten Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Daten Analyse Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Service Operations Prozessen (z.B. ITIL Standards) Bereitschaft für Dienstreisen und gelegentliche Schichtarbeit Teamplayer Eignung zu einer erweiterten Sicherheitsüberprüfung gemäß Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz Kein 100%iges Match?
