Was dich bei uns erwartet: Du übernimmst die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung eines definierten Abrechnungskreises  Du bist verantwortlich für die Abrechnung unserer geringfügig Beschäftigten Du berätst fachlich und bearbeitest eingehende Anfragen von Fach- und Führungskräften sowie Mitarbeitenden Du bist für den Schriftverkehr & die Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen, Ämtern und Mitarbeitern zuständig Du betreust den gesamten Prozess rund um Ein- und Austritte von Mitarbeitenden sowie Personaländerungen Du übernimmst die Administrative Verwaltung des Zeiterfassungsprogramms Was du mitbringen solltest : Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht  Du gehst sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen um und hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in HR Paisy Advanced Du überzeugst durch Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind.
