Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez : Une offre de stage intitulée « Stagiaire en Ressources Humaines: “développement de solutions leadership” (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de l’ Airbus Leadership University sur son site de Blagnac .  Vous rejoindrez une équipe d’une trentaine de personnes au sein du département  « HUU  » en charge du développement individuel et collectif des leaders afin de participer à la transformation de l’entreprise Airbus d’un point de vue leadership, développement personnel et culturel. Ce stage consistera à : aider les équipes en solutions individuelles et solutions collectives pour la mise en place de solutions, visant à contribuer au développement des leaders et à transformer la culture d'entreprise. Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en Janvier (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).   Vos principales missions consisteront à :   Développer différentes solutions Leadership & Culture (incluant l’offre de solutions digitales) Sélectionner, coordonner et développer nos partenaires, qu’ils soient internes ou externes à Airbus (Coachs, formateurs, facilitateurs) Contribuer au développement de divers projets transversaux au sein de l’université Accompagner les équipes et les leaders à travers leur “development journeys” Contribuer au développement de la digitalisation des solutions de l’université Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels. Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :  Gestion RH Communication RH Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure : Vous êtes actuellement en Master 2 ou BAC+ 5 en Ressours Humaines ou un domaine équivalent. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: An internship opportunity entitled “Human Resources Intern: ‘Leadership Solutions Development’ (m/f)” has just opened at the Airbus Leadership University at its Blagnac site. You will join a team of around 30 people in the “HUU” department, which is responsible for the individual and collective development of leaders, in order to participate in the transformation of the Airbus company from a leadership, personal and cultural development perspective. This internship will consist of: assisting teams with individual and collective solutions for the implementation of solutions aimed at contributing to the development of leaders and transforming the corporate culture. This internship, lasting 6 months, will ideally begin in January (this period is indicative and may be adjusted). Your main responsibilities will include: Developing various Leadership & Culture solutions (including digital solutions) Selecting, coordinating, and developing our partners, both internal and external to Airbus (coaches, trainers, facilitators) Contributing to the development of various cross-functional projects within the university Supporting teams and leaders through their development journeys Contributing to the development of the university's digital solutions Your mentor will support you throughout your internship, helping you to develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.
