Job Description: Für Airbus Defence and Space in Ottobrunn suchen wir für den Bereich Mission Operations einen Satellite Operations Training and Simulation Instructor (d/m/w). Die Abteilung Mission Operations ist an verschiedenen Projekten beteiligt, die von IT-Infrastrukturen und sicheren Kommunikationsnetzen, bis hin zum Betrieb von Satelliten und Bodenstationen, sowie der Wartung von Satelliten in der Umlaufbahn reichen. Flug- und Bodenstationsbetrieb, Bodensysteme, Anomalie-Management, etc.) Sicherstellung der Bereitschaft des Betriebspersonals zur Durchführung des Missionsbetriebs Entwicklung von Ausbildungskonzept und Ausbildungsplan Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Ausbildungsdokumentation Regelmäßige Durchführung von Simulationen zur praktischen Schulung interner und externer Teams inkl. Routinebetrieb, Special Operations und Notfallmanagement. Entwicklung und Ausführung des Zertifizierungsprozesses für interne und externe Teilnehmern. Unterstützung, Beibehaltung und Konfigurationskontrolle der Satelliten Simulatoren. Unterstützung bei der Validierung und Optimierung von Flug- und Bodenprozeduren, sowie dem System zur Satellitenkontrolle (Mission Control System, Automation, Missionsplanung, Flugdynamik etc.). Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene Studium im Bereich Luft und Raumfahrt, Elektrotechnik, Physik oder vergleichbar Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Ausbildung bzw. der Satellitenbetrieb Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Ausbildungsstandarden (z.B. ECSS). Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Satelliten-Systemen (z.B. AOCS, OBDH, TTC, Nutzlast, Power, Thermal) Sehr gute Präsentations- und Organisationsfähigkeit Erfahrung mit Satellitensimulatoren bzw. dem Satellitenbetrieb Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen Teamplayer Eignung zu einer erweiterten Sicherheitsüberprüfung gemäß Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch Kein 100%iges Match?
