Summary Job Description: The Pharmacy Clinical Manager provides leadership to the department in the provision of clinical pharmacy services and drug information to medical, nursing, and ancillary staff.   Facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote optimal patient outcomes through safe, appropriate, and cost-effective medication therapy. The Pharmacy Manager has oversight of three Kentuckiana infusion center pharmacies. Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor degree from an accredited college of pharmacy. A minimum of five years of clinical experience. PGY-2 Residence preferred Board Certification preferred. Kentucky Board of Pharmcy license required. BLS/ACLS within 6 months of hire.
