En tant que contrôleur, vous contribuez à la recherche et à l'analyse des causes racines des problèmes techniques / qualité signalés par le client ou l'équipe de production afin de garantir que le contingentement approprié, l'archivage, les mesures curatives et correctives sont prises par la fonction responsable par le biais d'équipes multifonctionnelles. Vous effectuerez des inspections qualité conformément aux standards définis, vérification finale et attestation, phases interruptrices d'inspection, travaux hors séquence, y compris les activités critiques (quand non déléguées). Vous ferez également des retours et de l'accompagnement aux fonctions Opérations et Support sur les problèmes de qualité et fournirez les observations de la surveillance opérationnelle. Enfin, vous participerez activement à l'amélioration de processus. COMPÉTENCES CLÉS: Capacités rédactionnels rigoureuse. Connaissance des outils bureautiques ( Excel++ création macro / formule / DATA PACK ) Connaissance de l'ERP SAP création, gestion des avis qualités. LIVRABLES CLÉS: Inspections de la qualité et attestation des Ordres de Fabrication non délégués. Optimisation des activités d’inspection, réponse rapide aux problèmes de qualité. Amélioration des processus. Recherche et analyse des causes racines,. Prévention des dommages causés par des corps étrangers,. Ouverture / Fermeture des non-conformités, le cas échéant, et soutien à l’atelier fournissant une expertise en matière de Qualité. Coaching aux opérations. RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS: Inspecter, attester et mener la gestion des mesures correctives par le biais de 6M5P, PPSMAX, prévenir les FOD, gérer les non-conformités selon le cas, être la personne de référence dans l’atelier pour les problèmes de qualité. Effectuer des améliorations et un accompagnement selon les besoins. Rationaliser, modifier et créer les référentiels documentaires dans nos outils internes.
