Job Description: Diese Position ist Teil unserer Business Unit Safety, die sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, sicherere, umweltfreundlichere und inklusivere Industrie- und Verkehrssysteme zu ermöglichen. Aufgaben Prozess-Steuerung & Moderation (ART-Ebene): Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des vorgegebenen Prozessrahmens (z.B. SAFe) innerhalb der zugeordneten agilen Programminstallation (ART). Moderation zentraler ART-Events wie Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos und Inspect & Adapt. Sicherstellung der fachlichen Prozesssynchronisation der Squads/MAS (Teams) innerhalb des ART Hindernisbeseitigung & Optimierung: Identifizierung und selbstständige Bearbeitung von prozessualen Engpässen und Hindernissen innerhalb des ART-Umfelds. Eskalation von systemischen oder organisationsübergreifenden Hindernissen an die zuständigen Gremien oder Führungskräfte. Erstellung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen und Optimierung der angewandten Lean-Agile-Methoden basierend auf den operativen Erfahrungen Prozessanwendung & Coaching: Anwendung und Einhaltung der unternehmensweit gültigen Lean-Agile-Methoden und Governance-Modelle. Coaching der Squads/MAS (Teams) und einzelner Teammitglieder in der korrekten Anwendung der agilen Arbeitsweisen. Übernahme von fachlichen Spezialaufgaben und/oder projektbezogenen Rollen im Rahmen der Prozessoptimierung Dokumentation & Reporting: Erstellung der erforderlichen Dokumentation zu Prozessabläufen und Metriken. Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Präsentation von Arbeitsergebnissen und Kennzahlen (z. B. Programmdurchfluss) Erforderliche Qualifikationen Die Arbeitsaufgabe erfordert Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, wie sie in der Regel durch ein einschlägiges, abgeschlossenes Studium mit einer bis zu 4-jährigen Regelstudiendauer im Bereich Maschinenbau, Luft-und Raumfahrt oder vergleichbare Studiengänge  und darauf bezogene erweiterte fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikation oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender besonders umfangreicher fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation erworben werden. Die insgesamt erforderlichen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen können auf andere Weise erlangt worden sein. Fähigkeiten und Kompetzenzen Erweiterte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den oben genannten Aufgabenbereichen Erweiterte Kenntnisse des regulatorischen Rahmenwerks der Hubschrauber-/Luftfahrtindustrie und deren Entwicklungsprozesse Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, strenge Anforderungen an Lufttüchtigkeit (Airworthiness), sicherheitskritische Systeme (z. B. ARP4754A, DO-178C) und Qualität nahtlos in das Agile-Ausführungsmodell zu integrieren Hohe Fachkenntnis in der Sprache und den technischen Herausforderungen im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung oder Wartung komplexer luftgestützter Plattformen. Außergewöhnliche Fähigkeit, Konsens unter Squad Leadern und großen, diversen Gruppen in komplexen, strittigen Umgebungen zu erzielen und zu moderieren Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in Hochdrucksituationen erfolgreich zu agieren Fähigkeit, die Organisation als komplexes System zu betrachten, Schwachstellen zu diagnostizieren und unkonventionelle Interventionen zur Erzielung von Durchbrüchen zu entwerfen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift  Bereitschaft zu sporadischen  Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland Standort Am Standort Donauwörth am Ufer der Donau nahe Augsburg unterstützen wir Airbus Helicopters bei der Entwicklung von Hubschraubern von der ersten Idee bis zum flugfähigen Produkt.
