Job Description: Diese Position ist Teil der Safety Business Unit, deren Ziel es ist, sicherere, nachhaltigere und integrative Industrien und Transportsysteme zu ermöglichen. Aufgabenbeschreibung: Projektsteuerung & Koordination: Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Steuerung von zugeordneten Projekten in enger Abstimmung mit den Instandhaltungsteams (Aviation Maintenance) Multiprojektmanagement: Ganzheitliche Leitung von Transformationsprojekten unter Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung in Bezug auf Qualität, Budget (Kosten) und Zeitpläne (Termine) Methodik & Frameworks: Konzeption und Implementierung von Projektplänen unter Anwendung fortgeschrittener Methoden wie LEAN, LBIP+ und Agile Frameworks. Strukturierung & Moderation: Fachliche Leitung von Workshops sowie Etablierung von Kommunikationsroutinen und Überwachung kritischer Meilensteine Reporting & Analyse: Erstellung komplexer Statusberichte sowie Präsentation valider Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Project Owner (Analyse von Aufwand, Risiken, Meilensteinerreichung und Stakeholder-Erwartungen) Aktives Stakeholdermanagement: Strategische Schnittstellenarbeit und Erwartungsmanagement gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern Governance & Compliance: Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Konformität aller Projektschritte mit definierten Unternehmensprozessen und Standards Customer Excellence: Proaktives Management und Lösung komplexer Kundenanfragen bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss KPI-Management: Definition, Erhebung und Auswertung technischer Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) sowie Erstellung der zugehörigen Qualitätsdokumentation Kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess (CIP): Evaluation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Ableitung strategischer Aktionspläne an der Schnittstelle verschiedener Fachbereiche (z. B. Technik, Redaktion, Front Office) Risikomanagement: Systematische Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Projekt- und Themenrisiken sowie Erschließung von Opportunitäten (Chancenmanagement) Ergebnisaufbereitung: Fachgerechte Dokumentation und überzeugende Präsentation von Arbeitsergebnissen vor Lenkungsausschüssen oder dem Management Erforderliche Qualifikationen: Die Arbeitsaufgabe erfordert Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, wie sie in der Regel durch ein einschlägiges, abgeschlossenes Studium mit einer bis zu 4-jährigen Regelstudiendauer im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Studiengänge und darauf bezogene fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikation oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender besonders umfangreicher fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation erworben werden. Die insgesamt erforderlichen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen können auf andere Weise erlangt worden sein. Erforderliche Kompetenzen: Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den oben genannten Aufgabenbereichen Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Project Manager Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Finanzwesen und in der Buchhaltung, alternativ ein gutes Verständnis von Finanzprozessen Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in Earned Value Management und in der Projektplanung Erfahrung im Enterprise Risk Management/Risikomanagement Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke in der Arbeit mit zahlreichen Schnittstellen/Stakeholdern Eigenverantwortliche, präzise, zuverlässige, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise Eigeninitiative in Kombination mit Identifizierung und Realisierung von Verbesserungspotentialen Gute Kenntnisse von PowerPoint/Google Slides und Excel/Google Sheets Deutsch und Englisch: verhandlungssicher, Französisch ist ein Plus Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland Standort: Am Standort Donauwörth am Ufer der Donau nahe Augsburg unterstützen wir Airbus Helicopters bei der Entwicklung von Hubschraubern von der ersten Idee bis zum flugfähigen Produkt.
