Summary Job Description: Physical Therapist: 1 opening in Bardstown Pediatrics 1 opening in Elizabethtown Pediatrics $15,000 sign-on bonus! Full-time, day shift Job Description: Performs all patient evaluations, writes Plan of Care in accordance with MD. Completes required documentation and submits within the allotted timeframe. Maintain standards of quality in accordance with accepted standards and hospital and departmental policies and procedures.  Requirements: Kentucky license as a physical therapist required.
