Summary Job Description: Surgical Tech - Outpatient Surgery $15,000 sign on bonus for eligible candidates! Full-time: 8-hour shifts, 6:45a - 3:15p Job Description: The surgical technologist is a technically trained person who functions as a member of the surgical team and performs under the supervision of the Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. Requirements: Graduate of an approved Surgical Technologist program required. Good clinical, organizational, communication, customer service and critical thinking skills required. Ability to work in a stressful environment required. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in Surgical Technology preferred. Recent experience as a surgical tech in an Acute Care facility preferred. BLS preferred upon hire; required within 90 days.
