Was dich bei uns erwartet: Du stellst unsere Werkstatt- und Fachhandelskonzepte vor, und führst sie ein Du analysierst Werkstattprozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und unterstützt bei der Marktpositionierung Du führst Konzept-Checks durch und leitest Workshops sowie Schulungsmaßnahmen Du unterstützt Werkstätten bei technischen, organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Fragestellungen Du planst und realisierts Marketing- Konzeptmaßnahmen direkt vor Ort Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst zusammen Du betreust bestehende Konzeptpartner und gewinnst neue Partnerbetriebe Du steuerst die Kundenentwicklung anhand von KPIs und leitest Maßnahmen ab Du repräsentierts unser Konzept auf Messen, Stammtischen und Veranstaltungen Du beobachtest Markt- und Wettbewerbstrend und entwickelst unser Netzwerk weiter Was du mitbringen solltest: Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung und Erfahrung im KFZ-Bereich (z.B.
