Möglichkeit zur Teilnahme an der Generation Airbus Community zur Erweiterung des eigenen Netzwerks.   Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Auslastungsplanung aller AIT-Aktivitäten an den Standorten München/Ottobrunn und Toulouse/FR Datenpflege in CANOPY, Qlik, WYSIT Einholen der Workload für alle laufenden und zukünftigen Projekte in den unterschiedlichen Programmen Abgleich der SOll/IST Zahlen und Überprüfung dieser mit den verantwortlichen Team-, AIT und Abteilungsleitern mit regelmäßigem Reporting  Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Du bist eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w) entweder im Bereich Business Administration, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik oder eine vergleichbaren Studienrichtung Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Excel Makro Erstellung sind wünschenswert Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind nötig Gute MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio) Kenntnisse Du bist ein Teamplayer, verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist in der Lage, selbständig zu arbeiten Eigeninitiative Persönlichkeit, wer auch gerne auch Verantwortung übernimmt Bitte lade folgende Unterlagen hoch: Anschreiben, Lebenslauf, relevante Zeugnisse, Immatrikulationsbescheinigung.
