Job Description: Airbus Asia Training Centre (AATC) is currently looking for a new Training Media Management Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will assist in preparing all electronic training media (Instructor and Student) to latest Airbus versions, including e-test and inventory management of the training media hardware. Primary Responsibilities: Assist in managing the readiness of the Instructor and Student training media according to the latest Airbus requirements Provide on-site support for Instructors and Students holding training media  Assist in the deployment of training media as scheduled in MyTeam by course managers and any ad-hoc requirements Able to conduct e-test preparation and know how to deploy back-up system Able to maintain configuration and inventory management of all training media devices Able to liaise with external vendors on processing warranty repairs / replacements Provide first line support for Computer Based Training classrooms, briefing and debriefing rooms Provide training media support to course managers on day one welcome briefing for students Maintain housekeeping of existing stock and spares  Comply with Training Media Procedures Manual contributing to its continuous improvement  Secondary Responsibilities: Manage business performance metrics, analytics models and dashboards Assist in the design and building of digital business tools to streamline and digitalize processes Tasks as assigned by the Head of Training or delegate. General: Comply with Airbus Singapore management policies  Adhere to Airbus Singapore management handbook and Airbus Code of Conduct Contribute to a positive and inspiring work environment Lives Airbus values  Job Requirements: Diploma in IT, or related At least 1-2 years of work experience in IT, with ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues IT savvy and good working knowledge of Google Workspace Strong computer knowledge in both hardware and software Organised and meticulous Team player Continuous improvement mindset  Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills Willingness to take responsibility This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
