Job Description: Engineering Quality Manager Are you ready for your next step? Interested in exciting new position within Transversal Quality team in Connected Intelligence? We are looking for an Engineering Quality Manager Our Mission: To become an essential support function guiding and coaching the business and inspiring our division to create a quality culture. Supporting the organization to achieve our quality goals by providing expert guidance and exceptional service through collaboration and partnership. Ensuring an efficient quality management system to enable the division to deliver sustainable E2E Quality products and services. Realising the full potential of Quality by empowering our people and all employees to take ownership of quality in their respective roles. Strengthening surveillance and prevention by embracing digital capabilities Your tasks and responsibilities Support engineering projects teams to develop and implement the technical solution, on time, on cost and on quality: Assure technical requirements are documented, baselined and understood by the engineering project team Develop Quality management and software quality assurance plans for new projects and assure that the engineering plans and work packages adequately cover the work breakdown structure defined by the project team and the product breakdown structure defined by the system architect. Assure engineering project teams perform all the quality controls and engineering reviews required in the engineering and quality plans Perform process evaluations to assure engineering project teams are aware of and adhering to engineering processes Assure problem reports are captured, followed and resolved Assure verification and validation test plans are developed and test environment created Facilitate test readiness reviews and test review boards Perform product evaluations on technical solutions to assure they conform with requirements Assure any non-conformities to technical requirements are captured, reported and resolved Facilitate lessons learnt review with the engineering project team and support the implementation of improvement actions Desired skills and qualifications Autonomous and proactive way of working, Good analytical skills Profound communication and interpersonal skills Experience in program and project management Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001 Good knowledge of engineering processes and best practice Experience of software development Experience of software quality assurance roles Knowledge of auditing processes and systems Knowledge of process frameworks e.g. CMMI, V-model Experience of performing within a multi-functional team environment We are happy to welcome Newcomers to our team.
