Job Description: Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating. The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026. What does this internship consists in? Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant. Internship Job Description: - Join a team composed with operators and engineers to deliver the A350Freighter Main Deck Cargo Door which is the biggest commercial aircraft door. - Managment of component status and production pace control. - Managment of the Airbus Operating System focused on Airbus excellence. - Drive continuous improvement close to shopfloor activities to improve productivity. - Work hand by hand with Airbus operator to ensure a deliver of the Main Deck Cargo Door assembled in Airbus Illescas for the A350Freighter with safe, quality and cost. - Manage and prioritaze our support functions. - Learn how a production line works. - Learn how improve a production system. - Learn which kind of tools must be used to improve the performance of a production line. - Learn aeronautical assembly technics in the shopfloor. - The internship will be carried out at production team. - Tools like Catia, SAP, Google desktop, a/c management will be used.
