This is your chance to get a comprehensive view for Project Management Offices work in Airbus Public Safety and Security .   You will be working with various improvement initiatives run by the Operational Manager/Head of PMOs. Your working days can include e.g. making analyses of the data in our systems to support project managers, finance and head of PMO in their work. In addition, you will support monthly project planning and financial updates and support project management tool users.   Your role will involve supporting key initiatives such as timely done monthly reporting and data quality accuracy and ensuring a comprehensive contribution to our projects. You will run resource reports for line managers and project managers during monthly updates.  We encourage you to propose new ideas for the way of working in order to streamline activities and remove manual work.  The duration of this trainee period is 6 months and will start on an agreed date or 2 March 2026. The position is full-time during May-August 2026 and part-time (at least 3 days a week) during other times. The trainee position may be extended beyond 6 months. Our trainee program is aimed at those currently pursuing their studies at university or university of applied sciences. For this position, you are preferably aiming for a technical or science degree. Experience with tools like SAP, Jira, Confluence, Atlassian plug-ins, Planisware UP, Google suite are considered beneficial for this role. We aim to utilize AI with our PMO tools and we hope that you are interested and tuned to exploit AI. In this role, you need to be able to produce short guidelines and training, which requires an independent way of working.
