Job Description: Werden Sie Teil unserer Erfolgsgeschichte und unterstützen uns dabei, Geräte für spannende nationale und internationale Weltraummissionen zu fertigen! Ihre Aufgaben Rahmenbedingungen zur Bearbeitung von Baugruppen ermitteln und festlegen Bearbeitungsablauf festlegen und Fertigungsmaschinen programmieren Rüstzeitoptimierung durch Festlegung der Auftragsfolgen Arbeitsmittel und Werkzeuge vorbereiten Arbeitsablauf überwachen. Erstes Teil prüfen, evtl. Programm korrigieren. Analysieren von Störungen. Störungen beheben oder Behebung veranlassen Maßgenauigkeit, Beschaffenheit und Vollständigkeit der bestückten Leiterkarten kontrollieren Rüsten und Bestücken von Leiterkarten und Bauteilen an der SMD Bestückungslinie Rakelprogramme selbständig eigenverantwortlich laden. Schablone ermitteln und montieren/einstellen Bestückprogramme auswählen und eigenverantwortlich laden, Bestückung durchführen und kontrollieren Vorhandenes Lötprogramm (bleihaltig/bleifrei) unter Berücksichtigung des Leiterkartenaufbaus auswählen. Lötergebnis nach Lötprozess prüfen und bei Auffälligkeiten (z.B. schlechte Benetzung) die Charge wechseln, ggf. Dioden nachverzinnen lassen oder Bestückung stoppen. Leiterkarten im Waschkorb fixieren, reinigen und nach Vorgabe trocknen. Schichtarbeit Ihre Qualifikation Abgeschlossene Facharbeiterausbildung in einem technischen Beruf (Elektriker / Elektroniker, Feinmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker) Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Montage von feinmechanischen/elektronischen Geräten oder Baugruppen Erfahrung in der Montage von Geräten und Baugruppen unter Reinraumbedingungen, sowie Erfahrung bei der Bedienung von SMD Bestückungsautomaten sind von Vorteil PC Grundkenntnisse (SAP, Word, Excel) Hohe Flexibilität, Schichtbereitschaft, engagierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise wird vorausgesetzt Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung runden Ihr Profil ab Wir bieten Attraktive Vergütung nach Tarifvertrag sowie tarifliche Sonderzahlungen und Erfolgsbeteiligung Flexible Arbeitszeiten Betriebliche Altersvorsorge   Umfangreiche Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Förderung einer ausgewogenen Work-Life-Balance This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
