Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for an Application Analyst - Senior - Cadence Scheduling - Home Infusion to join their team. This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN Under general direction, responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support. Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation. Ensures that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use. Has technical knowledge of all phases of applications system analysis and project management. Acts as project coordinator for medium sized projects with medium budgets and may or may not have system-wide implications. This position is to implement, build and maintain the Home Infusion module in Epic. In addition to general Epic Cadence Scheduling knowledge and experience, the following knowledge areas of Cadence Scheduling will be utilized for this position: 1. Referrals and Authorizations 2. Scheduling and Care Plans 3. Resource Planning and Assignment Additional knowledge in the following areas is beneficial: 1. Epic Willow/Pharmacy Application 2. MyChart questionnaire and messaging functionality Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or minimum four years direct experience in lieu of degree.
