Prozessoptimierung und Konzepterstellung: Erstellen von Support-Konzepten, Vereinfachen von Prozessen und Entwickeln belastbarer Verfahren; Optimieren von SLA-Anforderungen und Einführen einer Leistungsmessung für Unterauftragnehmer. Wartungs- und Logistikkoordination: Koordination aller Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Aufgaben, Abwickeln von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, Koordination von Reparaturen/Wartungen und Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit der technisch-logistischen Dokumentation. Eskalation und Incident-Management: Funktion als Erste Eskalationsebene für MRO-Streitfragen, Verwalten von Vorfällen und Betriebsproblemen (Reparaturen, technische Fragen) sowie Steuern von Störungs- und Problembeseitigungen. Kommunikation und Stakeholder-Management: Ansprechstelle für Kunden, Unterauftragnehmer und interne Disziplinen, Teilnehmen an Besprechungen sowie Überwachung und Steuerung von Unterauftragnehmern. Support- und Analysefunktionen: Koordination von Engineering Support Aufgaben, Unterstützen der Hotline/User Help Desk, Analysieren von Service-, Problem- und Wartungsberichten und Ansprechpartner für Querschnittsfunktionen (z. B. Konfigurationsmanagement, Obsoleszenz Management, Finance). Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Abgeschlossenes Studium Maschinenbau / Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Techniker ausbildung oder vergleichbar Sehr gute Kenntnisse von In-Service Support (ISS) Prozessen und Verfahren Erfahrungen im Steuern von Instandsetzungsvorgängen Erfahrungen im Erstellen von Mengengerüsten Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Engagierte selbstständige, aktive sowie teamorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Keine 100%ige Übereinstimmung?
