Job Description: Start up a new product and service offering and develop the customer base in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders …Does that sound appealing to you? Your objective will be to implement a new product and service offering that provides significant value to our Airline customers and suppliers.  As a Product Manager within Satair, you will be responsible for the product and service line profit and loss as well as lead the new offering to a fully mature product and service. You will ensure that the market is served in an efficient way by working closely with internal stakeholders and with our customers in close collaboration with our commercial organization. You should therefore expect up to 20-30 travel days per year. You will report to the Head of Market Development   and you will join a global team of product managers working out of Copenhagen, Germany, US and Singapore. Primary responsibilities: Actively manage the creation and implementation of global business plan for the Service Product Line - Maintenance Kits Actively manage the creation and implementation of short and long-term global marketing and sales plans for your service line  Drive sales revenue and margins towards assigned targets Lead and govern with focus on operational and financial performance from targets Actively support Satair’s global sales teams with marketing and sales efforts Identify and develop new market offerings for the assigned product line in order to expand the business Work closely with our Supply Chain and Operations to optimize your service lines performance and set-up What do you offer? Preferably you hold a bachelor or master’s degree in international business or economics. We expect that you have good IT skills (excel, BI tool) and that you feel excited and comfortable working with technical topics. Experience level is expected to be 3+ years from a B2B company, within sales or product, program- or supply chain management. We expect you to have an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability and drive to be hands on with the definition of the offering.  We do not expect that you have industry specific experience - the most important thing for us is to find the right person with the right skillset!
