Job Details: 7+ years of proven experience with workday integration development and support experience in Workday HCM space. Extensive hands-on experience in developing workday integrations covering EIB’s, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, PECI and Studio integrations. Excellent analytical skills with deep understanding of Workday reporting, calculated fields, PRISM analytics and BIRT. Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and integrate them into Workday HCM. Act as a mentor and coach to junior integration developers, offering guidance on best practices and providing feedback to improve the team's technical proficiency. Deep understanding of concepts covering Workday webservices, SOAP and REST APIs. Ability to help resolve complex integration issues requiring a depth of expertise in Workday solutions. Solid understanding of Workday security model to manage ISSG/ISU with integration concepts. Should possess strong knowledge in data formats including XML, WSDL, JSON and SSL, SAML, HTTP protocols. Expertise in managing complex data transformations and optimizations with XSLT. Hands on experience in data conversions and transformations to bulk load data into workday from legacy or external systems using web-services and inbound EIB templates.
