Job Description: Am Airbus Helicopters-Standort in Faßberg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Unterstützung für aktuelle und zukünftige Projekte eine/-n Warehouse-Keeper (m/w/d) für den Bereich NH90 um die logistischen Bedarfe und Aktionen zu koordinieren! Operative Logistiksteuerung: Du managst und unterstützt aktiv die gesamten logistischen Abläufe am Kundenstandort, von der Steuerung dringender Bedarfe bis zur direkten Versorgung am Bedarfsort. Lieferungs- und Retourenmanagement: Du überwachst proaktiv alle Lieferungen, kommunizierst den Status an den Kunden und koordinierst die Rücklieferung von defekten Bauteilen. Lagerbestandsmanagement: Du unterstützt bei Forecast-Prozessen, überwachst die Lagerbestände (z.B. Haltbarkeit) und managst die Nachversorgung von Verbrauchsmaterialien (Kanban). Transportkoordination: Als lokaler Experte koordinierst du alle anfallenden Transporte entsprechend der Kundenanforderungen. Qualität und Sicherheit: Du stellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten Prozesse sowie der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher und bist erster Ansprechpartner bei Lieferdiskrepanzen. Repräsentation von Airbus: Du vertrittst die Werte, Prozesse und Services von Airbus professionell gegenüber dem Kunden und agierst bei Abwesenheiten als Vertreter deines Vorgesetzten. Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen Abgeschlossene mind. 3-jährige Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker Mindestens 3-jährige fachspezifische Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen bzw. Materialbewirtschaftung Erfahrung mit militärischen Luftfahrzeugen (insb. NH90) und/oder Komponenten-/Ersatzteilmanagement nötig Fachspezifische Kenntnisse im technischen Flugbetrieb SAP-Kenntnisse und SASPF-Kenntnisse Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit und Eigenständigkeit Führerschein für PKW und Flurförderfahrzeuge Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Kein 100%iges Match?
