B.: Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung und dem Onboarding diverser Profile Unterstützung beim Active Sourcing und Aufbau eines Kandidatenpools Vorbereitung und Unterstützung von Messen, -events und Informationsveranstaltungen Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung der Candidate Experience Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Du bist eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (w/m/d) der Wirtschafts- oder Geisteswissenschaften (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement, Marketing oder vergleichbare Studienrichtung) Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen, Google Workspace Kenntnisse wünschenswert Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse Du arbeitest gerne im Team, hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, kannst dich selbst organisieren und eigenständig arbeiten?
