Come be part of our Team.  ·            ·          Shifts:  D Shift Hours are from 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM. This is a three, two, three work shift. ·          Pay Level Range: Starting at $28.00 to $40.00 per hour. ·            ·          ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Include, but are not limited to the following)   ·            ·          ·         Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and team.  ·          ·         Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.  ·          ·         Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.  ·          ·         Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.  ·          ·         Safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment.  ·          ·         Effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals.  ·          ·         Minimize downtime due to equipment failure.  ·          ·         Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.  ·          ·         Must be able and willing to furnish your own tools.  ·            ·            ·          REQUIREMENTS:   ·            ·          Education and Experience: Minimum 2 years of mechanic work experience documented in the work history section of the application or be a graduate of and industrial maintenance training program. (Can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 2 years).    ·            ·          Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation   ·            ·            ·          SPECIAL SKILLS:   ·          ·         Computer Skills: Basic computer skills necessary for logging information, processing daily work orders, and completing required documentation. Ability to learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).  ·          ·         Communication Skills: Effective communication and basic math skills required.  ·          ·         Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally; ability to lift 20 lbs. frequently.  ·          ·         Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 12 hours per day.  ·          ·         Ability to work in confined and tall spaces, walk, climb, utilize a ladder, operate a lift, bend, and stoop.  ·          ·         Repetitive gripping, pushing, and pulling.  ·          ·         Frequent overhead work.  ·          ·         Temperatures inside the plant may vary from -25 degrees to over 100 degrees; outside work may also be needed.  ·          ·         Basic math skills, including percentages, fractions, and measurements.  ·            ·          Applicants will be considered for, General Maintenance level openings.   ·          Leveling is determined during the interview process based on skillset, knowledge, and experience.   ·            Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of   90 days   and are limited to 3 times of employment .   ·            Relocation Assistance Eligible: No Work Shift: D Shift (United States of America) Pay Range/Rate: $28.05 Incentives: Annual Incentive Plan: No Long-Term Incentive Plan: No Any listed amounts represent the base pay range. Additional compensation may be available for this position based on various factors such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
