Job Description: Job description (heading) /  Description du poste (titre) We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading project teams, facilitating Agile methodologies, and ensuring successful delivery of software development projects..    Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre ) Experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master that was diligently applying Agile principles, practices, and theory Experience in AWS Cloud Experience in DevSecOps Has experience working with JAVA SOA / Web Services/ APIs Ability to manage conflicts Good Stakeholder management, ability to get support, escalate, manage bad news A curious mindset that is interested in all things data. Has ability to understand the business, orchestrate between various teams to define the right path and decisions and comfortable to get into IT solutioning if things are falling between the cracks. Insurance background is a plus factor Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre) 10 to 15 year total experience in IT with at least 5 as a Manager Must have prior experience as a Project Manager on Waterfall and Scrum Master Agile delivery Prior experience of delivering through System Integrators (SI) partners / platform vendors Prior experience of leading / working / delivering an end to end project delivery. Prior experience of handling platform/application management to provide L3 support Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) College/University Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Actuarial Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre) Project Management Drive the projects to a successful completion and on budget with high quality Manage the various stakeholders from business and IT Develop and maintain road maps and capability development plans Conduct Cost benefit analysis on project feasibility Identify project vision, objectives and risks Define project scope, deliverables and roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners Delight the customer Facilitate the work of the team to deliver to project objectives Own and guide the team in Waterfall/Agile/Scrum/Scaled Agile practices Deliver projects on time, on budget, and within acceptable quality Plan budgets for equipment, resources and vendors Identify, analyze and prioritize project risks and impact of risks on the project Perform application management and provide L3 support for the handled applications Resource Management Acquire, develop, manage, and mentor resources within the team Oversees daily activities and provides guidance to resources as necessary Forecast resource demand and manage supply Cascades all policies and procedures, strategies, information and other concerns to all reporting staff. Develops and executes employee development plans Conduct Performance Evaluations for team members and manage high and low performers appropriately Ensures productivity and utilization of staff and general performance Account Management Build relationships with business stakeholders and ensure project support and commitment Obtain stakeholder approval and commitment for project plan and resources to achieve project goals Develop a communications plan to update stakeholders of the progress and approval process Research & Development Keep abreast of latest trends in technology by regularly surveying market landscape for solution insights, direction, vendors, and methods to assess their viability for use within the enterprise Develop prototypes to potentially use these solutions in the enterprise Job Category: Project Management - Systems Posting End Date: 27/02/2026
