Join us and propel your career, progress, and performance. The Role As Digital Product Owner for Repco Retail ANZ, you will own the B2C digital product vision, roadmap, and backlog. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll lead delivery from concept to launch — ensuring quality releases aligned to customer needs and business goals. What You'll Do Own, prioritise, and refine the product backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes. Define and communicate the product vision, goals, scope, and key success metrics. Provide leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle — enabling timely decisions and governance. Collaborate with stakeholders across business, UX/UI, development, QA, and retail operations. Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and secure approvals for product releases. Analyse data and customer insights to inform prioritisation and measure performance. Manage smaller ad hoc projects that add value to the digital experience. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years experience as a Digital Product Owner or Product Manager (B2C). Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear requirements. Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities. Proven capability managing stakeholder relationships effectively. Deep understanding of the digital ecommerce ecosystem. Comfortable working adaptively in a fast-paced, agile retail environment. Desired Qualifications & Experience Previous retail ecommerce experience (highly desirable). Familiarity with Agile / Scrum frameworks and product lifecycle management. Experience with product backlog management. Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related. Why Join GPC?
