Job Description: Job Description Job Responsibilities Support AVP, Product Pricing and lead pricing on new products to meet company’s profitability requirement, including planning and management of pricing deliverables, analysis of pricing results, supporting the product implementation, coaching and reviewing work from junior colleagues. Coordinate with various function such as Actuarial, Product, Marketing and IT on product architecture and implementation, assumptions justification, risk assessment, etc. throughout the product development and pricing process Conduct reinsurance negotiation Review marketing material to ensure product related information are accurate and appropriate, review user requirement prepared by juniors and coordinate UAT for system development  Manage financial analysis on special quotation and queries from Customer Service or Channels Job Requirements Degree holder in Actuarial Science or related discipline. Qualified Actuary or close to fellowship. At least 7 years’ experience in actuarial operation in life insurance company. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and experience in AXIS is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work across multiple parties. Strong numeric sense and attention to details. Good knowledge in Actuarial principles, Par Fund Management, IFRS17 and HKRBC. Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
