Vos missions principales seront : - Animer, mesurer et piloter la maturité de la qualité en atelier - Assurer les traitements curatifs, correctifs et préventifs de la non qualité des ateliers en accord avec les performances attendues. - Garantir la bonne mise en œuvre des exigences et normes d’Assurance Qualité conformément aux processus industriels et aux produits Les activités principales seront : - Surveiller le respect de l’application des exigences du SMQ et du client au travers d’audits de postes, d’audits produits, d’audits de procédés spéciaux… - Participer aux audits externes et internes et s’assurer de la mise en œuvre des plans d’actions associés - Participer aux réunions lignes de produits de son périmètre d’intervention et communiquer toute information utile vers la production ou remonter l’information qualité vers sa hiérarchie : SQCDP, revue coordination… - Etre garant du suivi et de la tenue des coûts de non qualité internes - Etre garant de l’OQD client en collaborant les imputations et l’émission des dérogations vers nos clients, en s’assurant de la bonne clôture des travaux restants ou interventions chez le client - Mettre en œuvre et piloter les indicateurs qualité de la ligne - Piloter la feuille de route Amélioration Qualité Ligne - Déployer les process Qualité liés aux développements, industrialisations, transferts (APQP, PPAP, TNF,…) - Valider les instructions de contrôle (constitution du dossier de livraison, traçabilité, archivage…) lors du passage série - Faire évoluer les instructions de contrôle en cas de modification produit/process - Réaliser les FAI (First Article Inspection) lors de modifications produit/process - Contribuer à l’analyse des documents applicables du contrat client en support du responsable programme - Maintenir à jour les livrables qualité du périmètre (PAQ, Analyse de risque, Plan de contrôle,…) - Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des outils et des standards (KPI, SAP, consignes, instructions, audits…) Le salaire sera établi selon profil et expérience.
