Summary Job Description: Unit Description:   4H is a   23 bed   telemetry unit.  This unit specializes in post-op CABG patients, post-op cardiac surgery,   CHF   and moderate   risk   chest pain patients.  The population has multiple co-morbidities and complex care. The patient population is transferred from ICU,   ED   and PACU.   Shift:  Part Time, Nights Job Description:   Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other licensed care team   member :   Provides direct patient care and related support by performing selected nursing procedures .   Performs routine duties to   assist   medical and nursing personnel in the examination, treatment, and care of patients.   Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:   High School Diploma or equivalent .   Current Kentucky Nurse Aide Certification   required   or successful completion of first year of a Nursing program and validation of a clinical rotation consistent with level of education.   Must provide a letter from their school verifying the completion of their   first year   clinicals.   Basic   L ife   S upport- Applicants will have   30 days   from their hired date to provide completion of this certification if they   don’t   have it already.   Benefits :   Tuition Assistance reimbursement program .   Company paid Maternity and Paternity leave .   Bereavement Leave (includes pets) .   PTO Sell Back Program .   Compassionate Leave Sharing Program (PTO Donation) .   Employee Support Fund, for employees in need of emergency financial support .   Work Experience Education If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!
