Job Description: GenAI Developers are responsible for developing robust AI-powered applications and systems integrated with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other cutting-edge AI technologies. The primary focus will be to implement generative AI solutions, with an emphasis on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability, along with other standards and best practices. Key technologies will include LLMs, AWS Bedrock, Python, and various AI frameworks to develop chatbots and Agentic AI systems. The job will require working in a team with other AI specialists, data scientists, and software engineers, communicating effectively and following Agile methodologies. A thorough understanding of all components of the AI platform and infrastructure is required. Key Requirements:   5 to 9 years of total working experience across the mentioned skills 3+ years of relevant experience in GenAI , LLMs , and AI application development Strong experience with AWS Bedrock and other cloud-based AI services Proficiency in Python programming , particularly for AI and machine learning applications Experience in developing and deploying chatbots and conversational AI systems Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and implementation Experience in API lifecycle development and integration with AI systems Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable AI applications Skilled in writing reusable Python libraries and AI modules Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes for AI applications Familiarity with containerization technologies for AI deployment Working experience with both relational and NoSQL databases Experience in developing cloud-native AI applications & services deployed over AWS Ability to develop AI services in an Agile environment Responsibilities:   Design, develop, and maintain GenAI applications using LLMs and other AI technologies Implement and optimize AI models using AWS Bedrock and other cloud-based AI services Develop chatbots and conversational AI systems for various business applications Explore and implement Agentic AI concepts to create more autonomous and intelligent systems Assist in the development of technology roadmaps to evolve the AI estate in conjunction with internal and external solution providers Build highly available, reliable, and secure AI solutions Implement effective logging and exception handling for AI applications Apply design patterns and best practices for AI application development Write effective unit, integration, and end-user automation tests for AI systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI and LLM technologies Communicate with other developers across teams, both in ad hoc problem-solving and in regular check-ins and discussions Attitude/Behavior: Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging & disruptive technologies Takes initiative to learn new concepts and leverages natural entrepreneurial mindset Embraces a culture of trust and complete transparency Skills/Education: Strong communication skills, especially in articulating technical AI concepts Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative AI solutions efficiently Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders Job Category: IT - Application Development Posting End Date: 30/01/2026
