Votre futur job, si vous l’acceptez… Les tâches et les responsabilités principales de l’activité sont les suivantes : Mener la Transformation & Digitalisation  Résoudre les non-compliances DOA.  Développer avec les équipes (Multi Functional Teams), les nouvelles façons de travailler (process, method & tools) du Propulsion Configuration Management. Faire du Propulsion Configuration Management une référence en termes de robustesse, simplification et digitalisation de process.  Process & Functional Excellence  En collaboration avec le Process Owner & Process owner delegate, les équipes opérationnelles, les motoristes et nacellistes, vous serez amené à concevoir, publier, et garantir l’adhérence au Process, Method & Tools du Propulsion Configuration Management. Supporter le Process owner au sein de l'équipe de gestion des processus en alignant les équipes entre les différentes fonctions.  Pour les futurs programmes aéronautiques, vous devrez promouvoir l'efficacité et la simplicité dans un environnement technique complexe. Project Execution & Collaboration Contribuer à la définition des priorités du projet et à leur suivi, conformément à la méthodologie agile, et veiller à ce que les enjeux liés à la propulsion soient correctement pris en compte. Favoriser une collaboration efficace entre tous les acteurs (MFT) issus de différentes fonctions : Configuration Management Process Owners, Airbus Propulsion Configuration Control Boards (CCB) leaders, Design Office, Procurement, Programmes, Quality, Customer Support, et partenaires motoristes et nacellistes. Collaborez avec les autres centres de compétences en gestion de la configuration afin d’en assurer la cohérence. Etes-vous notre futur talent ?
