Job Description: Job Responsibilities: • Provide sales and administrative support to the sales team, including preparing basic sales reports and assisting with broker events. • Support Business Development Managers in managing relationships with insurance brokers. Assist with broker onboarding and provide basic ongoing support. • Assist in streamlining sales processes within the insurance brokerage division. • Provide client service to brokers and business partners by addressing basic enquiries and providing product information. • Maintain records of insurance transactions, contracts, and agreements. Assist in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. • Collaborate with other departments to support sales initiatives and business operations. • Assist in organizing CPD courses for sales team members and business partners. Job Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is in an advantage. Insurance certifications are beneficial. • 2-3 years of experience in sales support or brokerage assistance within the insurance industry. • Basic understanding of insurance products, policies, and processes. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Basic proficiency in data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of insurance broker management systems is a plus. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Basic problem-solving skills and ability to assist in implementing solutions.
