Responsibilities   Work with user research to understand the needs and pain points of our target audience.   Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences both functionally and visually.   Collaborate with product, software engineering, and other designers to deliver cohesive UX/UI solutions.   Create user flows, storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using design software (Figma).   Apply strong UI and visual design skills to develop polished and brand-consistent interfaces.   Become deeply familiar with and contribute to the design system, including UI components and style guides.   Demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate and justify both UX and UI design decisions.   Present designs and gather feedback from stakeholders. Participate in user testing to   validate   and improve   designs .   Stay up to date with current design trends, UI patterns, and technology advancements.   Other duties as assigned.   Requirements   Bachelor's degree in UX Design, UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human-Centered Design (HCD), Graphic Design, or   a related   field.   Minimum 6 years’ work experience in UX/UI or related design roles. Strong understanding and application of User-Centered Design (UCD), Information Architecture (IA), Interaction Design, Usability Testing, Accessibility, and core concepts of User Psychology.   D emonstrated   expertise   in UI and visual design including typography, color theory, layout, and branding.   Strong portfolio   showcasing   your UX design process as well as polished, visually compelling UI designs.   Proficient in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and InVision.   Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and visual design skills.   Strong communication   and collaboration abilities .   A passion for creating holistic user-centered digital experiences that are both usable and visually engaging.   Experience working in an agile software development environment.   Experience with enterprise software and complex digital products.   Experience designing for ecommerce, retail, and/or supply chain is preferred.   Not the right fit?  Let us know you're interested in a future opportunity by joining our Talent Community on jobs.genpt.com or create an account to set up email alerts as new job postings become available that meet your interest!
