Job Overview The Transportation Intelligence Specialist position will be providing data analytics support covering two AltaMed PACE departments: Transportation and Growth & Expansion. When supporting the Transportation department, the role will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and generating comprehensive reports on transportation activities, performance metrics, and compliance standards. This role’s reports will provide valuable insights to support day-to-day operational decision-making, improve service quality, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. When supporting the Growth & Expansion department, this role will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to support the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives. This role will provide critical insights into the market in various geographical regions, trends, customer behavior and demographics, and competitive analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making in meeting AltaMed PACE Growth and Expansion goals & initiatives. This role will naturally grow as both departments require dedicated analysts to manage daily operations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Experience as a Marketing Information Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Experience in a transportation data analysis or management role, particularly in non-emergency medical transport (NEMT) services or similar fields. Previous involvement in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for operational performance and compliance monitoring. Experience with statistical analysis methods software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and knowledge of SQL are highly desirable. Experience with Monday.com is preferred, but not required. Compensation $29.11 - $36.39 annually Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
