Job Description: Job Responsibilities Perform underwriting risk assessment within the delegated authority limit for accurate, fair, prompt and appropriate underwriting decision. Collaborate closely with the Sun Life International HuBS to achieve the Global High Net Worth (HNW) goals. Manage the delivery of underwriting services in accordance with the Company’s underwriting philosophy on their and the team’s workload to ensure best in class service as a HNW underwriting team unit. Participate in projects related to Underwriting.  Collaborate with various business partners and distributors to make the business success. Job Requirements University degree or above Completion of the FLMI and FALU designations or willingness to complete over the next 5 years or equivalent. Over 10 years of experience in life underwriting with at least 2 years of experience in the HNW space working with local and international brokers is a key advantage. Strong life product and operational business knowledge.  Detailed and clear understanding and ability to manage risk, AML, CDD, KYC and regulatory environment / changes in Hong Kong. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong ability to assess priorities and negotiate with clients accordingly. PC literate in underwriting systems and tools, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint processing Understanding the needs and risks of clients across all sales channel (Agency, Brokerage, Bancassurance channels).
