Standort: Donauwörth Start: Oktober 2026 Dauer: 5-6 Monate Dein Standort Am Standort Donauwörth am Ufer der Donau nahe Augsburg entwickeln wir Hubschrauber von der ersten Idee bis zum flugfähigen Produkt. Die Abteilung Vehicle Test ist die letzte Instanz vor dem Erstflug: Hier testen wir z.B. Strukturbauteile, Rotoren, Kraftstoffsysteme, oder Missionsausrüstung an eigens entwickelten Prüfständen auf Herz und Nieren. Wir verantworten die Planung, Durchführung und Analyse aller Laborversuche, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Luftfahrzeuge sicher abheben und höchste Leistungsstandards erfüllen. Möglichkeit zur Teilnahme an der Generation Airbus Community zur Erweiterung des eigenen Netzwerks.   Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Ermüdungstests, Umwelttests, Funktionstests, Systemintegrationstests mit Hubschrauber-Komponenten. Konzeption, Konstruktion und Realisierung von Versuchsaufbauten oder Prüfständen auf Basis von Anforderungskatalogen. Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prüfverfahren sowie der zugehörigen Hard- und Software, auch im Rahmen von Bachelor- oder Masterarbeiten. Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen, Projektmanagement und Arbeitsorganisationsverfahren.    Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w) der Fachrichtung Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, o.ä. Grundkenntnisse in Masch. Konstruktion, Mess- und Regeltechnik. Gute Kenntnisse in Google Workspace, Google Gemini, Python. Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit. Handwerkliches Geschick, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein.
