Job Details: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for : Performing physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems Documenting and calculating results accurately Taking corrective action when necessary Alert appropriate personnel to adjust process Identify, segregate, & isolate non-conforming product) and report results to management; All other duties as assigned All team members are responsible for safety. This includes but is not limited to personal safety and food safety. REQUIREMENTS: (It is highly recommended that you attach a resume) Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in the Fresh Meats industry required or other QA type experience preferred Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Special Skills: Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork; ability to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce; good problem identification and problem solving skills; math and organizational skills; ability to read and interpret product specifications; must function well under stress; must have flexibility to work where and when needed. Physical Requirements: Position involves heavy lifting (70 lbs. or more with assistance).   Relocation Assistance Eligible: No Work Shift: 2ND SHIFT (United States of America) Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
