Job Details: SUMMARY : This position is responsible for: Performing physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems Documenting and calculating results accurately Taking corrective action when necessary Alert appropriate personnel to adjust process Identify, segregate, & isolate non-conforming product and report results to management All other duties as assigned by management. All team members are responsible for safety. This includes but is not limited to personal safety and food safety. REQUIREMENTS: (It is highly recommended that you attach a resume) Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience : Minimum of 1 year experience in the Poultry industry required or other QA type experience preferred. Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Special Skills : Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork; ability to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce; good problem identification and problem solving skills; math and organizational skills; ability to read and interpret product specifications; must function well under stress; must have flexibility to work where and when needed. Physical Requirements: Position involves heavy lifting (70 lbs. or more with assistance).   Relocation Assistance Eligible: No Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America) Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
