Job Details: Summary This position is responsible for planning and supervising the execution of cost-effective and timely maintenance necessary for the operation of all equipment. Key duties include: Key Responsibilities: Direct and Support Maintenance Personnel:  Lead and guide your team to ensure all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently. Administer PSM Program:  Work closely with contractors and vendors to modify or install equipment. Troubleshoot Technical Issues:  Resolve new and different technical problems related to equipment. Maintain Records and Ensure OSHA Compliance:  Keep detailed records and ensure all OSHA standards and programs are implemented. Instruct on PPE Use:  Educate team members on the proper use of personal protective equipment. Improve Ergonomics:  Implement new ways to enhance ergonomics within the facility. Coordinate Schedules and Attendance:  Manage team member schedules, clocking reports, and attendance records. Conduct Safety Meetings:  Hold monthly safety meetings to ensure a safe working environment. Shift Management:  Oversee responsibilities across all three shifts of refrigeration maintenance. Requirements Education: Education beyond high school, including special training, vocational school, and/or college courses, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: 3+ years of experience. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Supervisory: This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel who perform somewhat identical and related tasks or activities. Travel: 1 to 5 trips per year.
