Summary Job Description: BHMG Behavioral Health Job Summary : The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides clinical services to patients regarding their mental health needs. This includes psychosocial assessments and utilizing individual, family, and group therapies that meet the established standards of care. Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassesses treatment plans appropriately. Part of a multidisciplinary team that provides clinical services in an outpatient setting.  Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required : Master’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university.
