Lead and manage the export function overseeing sourcing, procurement, and export operations to support sales and customer requirements. Manage export functions including sourcing product locally and overseas Lead the Export division coordinators, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups Coordinate supply of OEM and consignment stock sales orders Collaborate closely with National Product Team, Inventory Planners, and Sales Teams Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies ensuring timely product provision Build strong partnerships with suppliers and service providers Ensure safe work practices and compliance with policies and quality standards Promote excellent teamwork and continuous improvement across business units Ideal skills & experience: Minimum 2 years leadership and management experience in a relevant role Strong knowledge of industry products and customer requirements Exceptional research skills and tenacity in supplier sourcing Proven ability to foster cross-cultural supplier relationships Excellent communication and negotiation skills Clean and current NZ Driver’s license Proficient with MS Office, CRM database, and relevant ERP systems (Pronto/Green Tree) What is in it for you?
