Summary Job Description: Administrative Assistant Provides administrative and clerical support for Clinical Support Services, including Neurosciences, Sleep Center, Imaging, Volunteer, and Guest Services. Serves as a primary administrative contact, supports daily operations, coordinates schedules and meetings, and assists with special projects under the direction of the Executive Director. Responsibilities Prepare and format correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes Maintain organized files and records while protecting confidentiality Schedule meetings and coordinate executive calendars Answer and route phone calls appropriately Order supplies and distribute departmental information Maintain department policies, records, and required documentation Support department activities, events, and special projects Assist with reports, surveys, and program coordination Perform other administrative duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or GED Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or clerical experience Strong typing, organization, and communication skills Proficiency with office systems and word processing Position Details Non-clinical, non-patient-facing role No supervisory responsibilities Work Experience Relevant Work Experience Education If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!
