RESUMEN:  Bajo supervisión directa, el rol de Clerical proporciona apoyo administrativo y de cuentas por cobrar a la sucursal.    DEBERES DEL PUESTO:  Responde todas las llamadas entrantes de manera profesional, dirige todas las llamadas y toma mensajes precisos.  Recibe y asiste a todas las personas que visitan la sucursal de manera profesional y cortés, dirigiéndolas a la persona adecuada.  Clasifica, distribuye y envía el correo entrante y saliente, así como los faxes.  Proporciona apoyo administrativo a los asociados de ventas y a los miembros del equipo de gestión, incluyendo la presentación de documentos, la entrada de datos y la elaboración de informes de rutina para identificar órdenes abiertas que necesitan ser agilizadas.  Prepara el depósito de ventas en efectivo de acuerdo con la política de la empresa.  Gestiona la facturación de los clientes.  Resuelve facturas vencidas y reclamaciones de clientes de manera oportuna, incluyendo la identificación proactiva de problemas en las cuentas.  Puede manejar las devoluciones de clientes.  Realiza otras tareas según le sean asignadas.  EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA:  Se requiere una licenciatura. Bilingüe: español/inglés. Nivel de inglés intermedio/avanzado (capacidad para comunicarse de forma fluida en conversaciones técnicas).
